Leadership

Thomas Clarke, CPA

tc@csrk.com

Thomas has been working closely with businesses and their owners throughout his career in public accounting. He has worked in both regional and national firms. The opportunity to work with clients on planning and growth issues is the type of challenge he enjoys most.

As a partner, Thomas brings his expertise to managing client engagements. His strong analytical abilities, a desire to fully understand the client’s business and financial position, along with a broad, in-depth knowledge of key business issues have proven to be invaluable to his clients. He understands and anticipates a client’s overall financial needs and objectives and helps set and attain financial goals by formulating business plans and directing clients to the most appropriate financial structure.

Thomas co-founded Clarke, Snow & Riley with the goal of providing high-quality service for smaller and middle-market companies. A basic tenet in his business philosophy is the belief that a majority of these companies want a personal relationship with their CPA firms. He also believes that understanding management’s objectives is of paramount importance in providing advice on financial, business, and tax issues.

Thomas is a graduate of Brandeis University, and a member of both the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants. Prior to entering public accounting, he worked as a multi-location manager for a large international retail chain and in the field of education.
